it is a small, clean and quiet
community smack dab in the
middle of DFW. Perfect!!!!

We've lived here for 2 and a
half years and have never
experienced any issues.

The community is quiet for the
most part. There has only been
one night, in the time that I
have lived here, where there
has been an issue with noise.
That was in the wee hours of
the morning when a young
couple decided to sit outside
and talk....loudly. Other than
that, no issues. The
apartments seem to be energy
efficient as well so my
electric bill has not been
unmanageable. The maintenance
staff is friendly and requests
are quickly attended to.

It is a clean and peaceful
environment. Spacious rooms
, the design on floors are
gorgeous, love the
plantation blinds. Everyone
that I come in contact with is
very friendly. The staff at
Stonebridge are so
thoughtful, considerate and
professional. Things get
done and everyone is handled
with love and respect.
You can tell that the staff
loves people and wants them to
have an enjoyable meaningful
stay.

I tell them that the
apartments are small and
pricey for the size, but
relatively safe, clean and
good management and
maintenance.

It gives a feeling of privacy
and security. Enjoy the area,
and love our apartments' floor
plan. It suits our little
family perfectly.

The manicured grounds! These
apartments look brand new on
the inside and out! This is
the first time I have lived in
an apartment in over two
decades and I love it! The
staff is so friendly and
helpful! Highly recommend!

It is a beautiful community
with amenities that are
helpful and fun. The
community is kept clean and
groomed and the neighbors are
quiet. Feels more like a home
than an apartment. The
maintenence is VERY helpful
and accomodating.
However, the office staff have
given us information on more
than two occasions and then
another staff member had
informed us that the first was
mistaken. This has been a
large inconvienence to us. As
well as this, one of the staff
has told my roommate and
myself, on seperate occasions,
that she has called our
personal cell phones and left
messages, which NEVER
happened. Neither of us
showed a missed call and
neither recieved a voicemail.
This is concerning for me.
These calls were for two
seperate issues at two
seperate times, which leads me
to wonder if we will get
honest answers from the staff
in the future.
The staff are friendly and
helpful, but again we are just
wondering when we will be told
the truth, because the last
was definitely not up to par.
